The Arabic name of Surah An-Naziaat is النازعات, also written An-Nazi’at. An-Nazi’at means “Those Who Pull Out” (quran.com: “Those Who Drag Forth”), a reference to the angels who take out souls at death. The name comes from the first word of the surah. It is a Makki surah, revealed in Makkah before the Prophet’s migration to Madinah. In the revelation-order list used by quran.com, it is number 81 of 114. In the order of the Mushaf it comes after Surah An-Naba and before Surah ’Abasa.
The surah affirms the Resurrection and warns against rejecting the Messenger, using the example of Moses and Pharaoh.
