Do I pay for the trial classes?
No. Every new student gets 3 trial classes completely free, with no card and no advance payment. You pay only after the trials, once you are satisfied.
How do payment plans work?
Classes run 24/7 on Zoom and you choose how many days a week. Plans are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid in advance for the chosen plan, and longer plans include a discount. US families can pay via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Stripe or PayPal.
Can I get a refund if I leave mid-month?
No. Any month that has been completed or has already started is charged in full and is not refundable. On a 1-month plan there is no refund once the month has started.
What if I leave a 6-month plan early?
On 3, 6 or 12-month plans, only full months that have not started can be refunded, after deductions: the plan discount is removed (months already used are recharged at the regular 1-month fee) and payment-processing fees are deducted.
What happens if I miss a class?
A class missed without 12 hours' notice counts as taken. A class cancelled by the teacher, or lost to a technical issue on our side, is made up at no extra cost.
How do I request a refund and how long does it take?

What if I paid twice by mistake?
An accidental duplicate payment is refunded in full after verification.
