Refund Policy – Smart Quran Academy
At Smart Quran Academy, we strive to provide high-quality Quran education and ensure student satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully:
1. Refund Before Classes Start
Students are eligible for a 100% full refund if they request cancellation before the commencement of classes.
2. Refund After Classes Begin
Once classes have started, the following policy applies:
- Within the first 7 days: Up to 80% refund may be granted.
- After 7 days: Up to 50% refund may be granted.
- After multiple classes or extended period: No refund will be issued.
3. Missed Classes
- No refund will be provided for missed classes by the student.
- However, prior notice may allow rescheduling (subject to availability).
4. Teacher Absence or Academy Issue
- If the academy fails to provide a scheduled class, a make-up class will be arranged.
- If make-up is not possible, a prorated refund may be issued.
5. Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Requests should include student name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
7. Satisfaction Commitment
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact us early so we can resolve your concerns effectively.
