Smart Quran Academy is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
Smart Quran Academy offers a free trial class to all new students before any payment is required. This trial allows you to experience our teaching method, meet your teacher, and assess suitability — completely risk-free.
Since the trial class is provided at no cost, no refund is applicable for the trial session itself. Payment is only collected after you decide to proceed with enrollment.
We encourage all students to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending the outcome of the dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
