These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smart Quran Academy's website, services, and online Quran classes (collectively, the "Services"). By registering, enrolling in a course, or booking a trial class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you (as the parent or legal guardian) accept these Terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for ensuring the minor's compliance.

Smart Quran Academy provides online Quran education through one-on-one and group classes conducted via video conferencing platforms. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• Quran recitation, memorization (Hifz), and Tajweed courses for kids and adults.
• Arabic language and Islamic studies classes.
• Flexible scheduling with qualified, certified male and female teachers.
• A free trial class for new students to assess suitability before committing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

To access our classes, you must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address and phone number to complete enrollment.
• Each account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another person without prior written consent from Smart Quran Academy.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Smart Quran Academy reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Our course fees are published on the website and are subject to change. Current enrolled students will receive advance notice of any fee changes.

• Payments are due in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. International transactions may be subject to bank conversion fees beyond our control.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of classes until the outstanding balance is settled.
• We do not store your full payment card details — all transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Smart Quran Academy is a respectful learning environment rooted in Islamic values. All students and parents are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward teachers or academy staff.
• Recording, capturing, or distributing class sessions without explicit written consent.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorised individuals to attend classes on your behalf.
• Any conduct that disrupts the learning environment or violates Islamic etiquette.

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of services without refund, at our sole discretion.

We understand that schedules can change. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the session being marked as used.
• Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will be counted as a completed class and deducted from your monthly session count.
• Teachers may reschedule a class due to an emergency. In such cases, a replacement class will be provided at no extra cost.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content on the Smart Quran Academy website — including course materials, videos, curriculum designs, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Smart Quran Academy and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. The Quran and its teachings are sacred and public; however, our specific course materials, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies are proprietary.

Smart Quran Academy provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of our platform or the achievement of specific learning outcomes by students.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Quran Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
